Creative Executive Director
The Team
The Role
Freuds Group is seeking a Creative Executive Director with experience in communications across paid, earned and owned media. We are dedicated to using the power of communications to influence behaviour and drive positive change. This role is pivotal in shaping the agency’s creative direction, ensuring our work pushes boundaries, delivers culturally relevant campaigns and measurable impact for our clients. You’ll inspire teams, challenge norms, and deliver work that’s creatively groundbreaking.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision across all client accounts and Group initiatives to help tell their stories, manage reputations, create impact and shape culture

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 15+ years of experience in a senior creative leadership role within a top-tier agency or brand. We are open to exploring appropriate experience based on demonstrable and relevant output
- Experience in creating marketing campaigns and creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline and print..
- Understanding of the earned media landscape and what is required to create and drive earned buzz

Consumer Associate Director
The Team

The Role
We are looking for a culturally connected, strategically minded and action orientated associate director with big consumer brand experience to work across clients that might include Evian and KFC. We need a motivated leader with 10+ years’ experience of inspiring teams to deliver fame making campaigns that deliver impact in earned and social, that appeal to Gen Z audiences and excite both clients and agency staff. We want someone with the charm, smarts, counsel and proactivity to manage senior clients, large agency teams and form part of the senior team within consumer brands at freuds.

Key Responsibilities
- Ability to inform and influence integrated comms strategies, and knowledge and confidence to articulate the power of earned in an interagency collaborative working group
- Deep understanding of new media earned media strategies to maximize reach and engagement of campaigns across social, content creators and publications
- Ability to manage a response to a client brief end to end, directing and project managing from taking client brief to delivery of presentation. You will have excellent presentation skills, deck writing capabilities and ability to collaborate with the necessary specialist strategy and creative team to build the response
- You will be able to manage six-figure plus campaigns, lead and inspire a team to deliver above and beyond expectations
- Problem solver, calm in a crisis, solutions focused to ensure campaigns are delivered in time, within budget and on target

- Experience in a senior management role leading people and teams, and a track record in industry leading consumer brand campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence clients and colleagues

Design & Identity - Associate Director (SAD)
The Team
Freuds creates compelling designs for brands, businesses, public sector institutions, NGOs, products, and campaigns. We focus on building not just beautiful imagery but emotional architecture - Ideas & Identity. We specialise in branding and rebranding, editorial design, digital and motion, website design, art direction, naming and copywriting and merchandise.
The Role
We are seeking a talented Associate Director to work in our in-house design + identity team. Our integrated team supports clients across the agency producing content for leading global campaigns.
The Associate Director - Design, will support the Executive Art Director by ensuring that our creative work is of the highest possible standard. The role will also involve communicating our offering in new ways to existing and new clients, to help expand the business. The role will involve identifying and nurturing the skillsets of the team to get to the best product. All this will help the Executive Art Director promote and shape our design and content offering and help build our external client base.
The role requires strong client servicing and project management experience and an individual that understands the design led process.
The ideal candidate will have prior management experience, is independent and self-guided, with experience leading workshops and presenting ideas.
This candidate is a natural with clients and speaks convincingly about every project to different stakeholders

Media Corporate, Arts & Culture - Associate (AA)
The Team
Our Arts, Culture and Corporate Media department is made up of a core team of experts who create publicity campaigns for some of the sector’s best-known brands, individuals and organisations – from Working Title Films to Fulwell Entertainment, The National Portrait Gallery's relaunch to Somerset House's 25th anniversary and supporting the first ever SXSW London.
The Role
Freuds is an agency on a mission and has been at the intersection of arts and entertainment for 40 years including working on the high profile 25th anniversary of Somerset House through to the launch of the world’s most technologically advanced film studios at Studio Ulster. We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate (AA Level) to work across consumer and corporate campaigns with our high-profile clients in the screen and arts space. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the Arts and film/TV and bring strong administration and time management skills along with a curiosity, thoughtfulness and a willingness to get stuck in with our friendly communications team. The role requires passion for the news media, and an interest in what makes a good story. We welcome applications from individuals who have experience working and/or living in different cultures.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting a range of materials, such as press releases, opinion articles and online copy
- Being proactive in pitching articles, stories, speaker opportunities
- Daily media monitoring and building media lists
- ‘Leaving no stone unturned’ in researching industry news, background information for pitches, client updates and taking responsibility for flagging articles of interest to team members
- Helping to co-ordinate brainstorms
- Taking pride in delivering exceptional call notes/minutes/agendas for meetings
